2. I understand that providing false information will result in application cancellation and may lead to legal liability.

3. I agree for Bless Outfit to use my data for clothing matching and service improvement purposes.

4. I agree for Bless Outfit to verify my CSSA eligibility with the Social Welfare Department when necessary.

5. I understand that the supply of clothing depends on donations received, and Bless Outfit cannot guarantee provision of all requested items.

Privacy Protection Promise

1. All personal data will be encrypted and stored for internal matching use only.

2. CSSA documents will be securely destroyed within 14 days after verification.

3. We will never use your data for commercial purposes or transfer it to third parties.
