We go beyond simple ‘collection and distribution’ to build a system that respects individual needs and values personal choice.

Proactive Notification & Autonomous Choice
When we receive suitable donated clothing:
- The system automatically matches it with registered beneficiaries who have relevant needs.
- We proactively notify these beneficiaries to come and choose.
- We provide a private, respectful environment for selection.
- We ensure each person receives clothing that is genuinely suitable and liked.
Intelligent Needs Registration System
We have built a beneficiary demand database that records in detail:
- Personal basic information (age, gender, size)
- Clothing category needs (work/interview attire, winter coats, children's school uniforms, etc.)
- Style preferences and practical requirements
- Special circumstances (e.g., job interviews)
