1. Introduction

Bless Outfit (hereinafter referred to as “the Organisation”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy rights of individuals. This Privacy Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) sets out our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, processing and protection of your personal data when you browse our website, apply for clothing assistance, register to participate in our activities, and use our services. We are committed to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”).

This Policy applies to all personal data collected by the Organisation and its partners in the course of operating the Organisation, its website and its activities.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Clothing assistance and activity information: date of birth, body measurements, clothing preferences, details of activities you have participated in.

  • Images and records: if you attend our events, we may take photographs or make video recordings for archival and promotional purposes. If the Organisation’s premises are equipped with a CCTV surveillance system for security purposes, we may also collect relevant images.

  • To process donations and manage donation records.

  • To ensure the security of the Organisation’s premises through CCTV monitoring.

The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. However, if you fail to provide the required information, we may be unable to provide you with certain services, such as clothing matching or activity registration.
